General Conditions

Reservation Policy

The reservation is subject to availability and it should be considered as binding only after the signing of the reservation form by the applicant, the subsequent written acceptance by Camping Cinque Terre and the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total value of the stay, within 7 days after acceptance of the booking.


Delays and Early Departures

The entire period totally booked and confirmed will be fully charged even in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
In case of late arrival if not explicitly advised beforehand the campsites will remain available for the client until 24.00 of the expected arrival day.


Cancellation Policy

A written cancellation must be received at least 30 days before the expected arrival date and it will entitle only to a 50% refund of the deposit while the remaining amount will be retained as booking fees. After this 30 days period no refund will be made at all.
